Our Story.
We were two independent professionals working separately. Cecilia, an Interior Designer, and Sergio, a Project Manager. Opportunities came and we founded Cecilia Design and Build, which later became our well-known LUKA BUILDERS.
We started building spec homes and doing small turnovers of bathrooms and kitchens. With effort, passion, and dedication: we came all this way to become who we are today.

Cecilia has a degree in Interior Design from Palermo University (Argentina). And Sergio is a Business Administrator from the Bolivian Private University (UPB) and has a Master’s degree in Marketing (Madrid), he is also a builder that builds all Cecilia’s creations.
Cecilia is a confident, highly efficient, bilingual, productive, and imaginative interior designer, with a wide range of management, planning, organization, creative, administrative, coordination, design, and architectural skills.
Sergio has a unique vision and perspective of how structures and plans can make the best of space.
