We hired Cecilia and Sergio to renovate and upgrade our basement. They were a pleasure to work with from the start of the project. From establishing a realistic budget to making unique design suggestions, both Cecilia and Sergio were up to the task. Their crew was amazing, punctual, polite, and talented. The finished project more than met our expectations, just as Cecilia had promised at our first meeting. We plan to hire them for bathroom and mud room projects.
I doubt our experience would be typical of the homebuilding process. For family reasons, we had to purchase our house during the pandemic with constant shortages and delayed arrival of materials. Sergio and his crew constantly had to adapt to try and keep up progress and make headway wherever they could. You could tell that they were doing everything within their power to make our home as close to everything we wanted as possible. For example, they let us borrow a full-size fridge for close to a year while ours was on backorder. I would definitely recommend them for a project of similar scope.
We started our project with another builder and were totally dead in the water. I reached out to Luka and Sergio was on site with me the next day to discuss the build. Our project was a challenging one- we gutted an existing 1950’s stone house and added a large addition + a 2 story detached garage.
